Solar Survivor

I don’t know why we’re all surprised that signs of the coming of Christ are popping up left, right and center. Does the Son of God not keep his promise? Yesterday, at 4 pm PST, a miracle comet grazed 87,000 miles over the surface of the sun and was expected to burn up instantly, but did not, and continued safely around to the other side. According to Space.com, “…a suicidal dive through the sun’s hellishly hot atmosphere” was the expectation of NASA scientists. Comet Lovejoy was recorded as it took on the shape of a bright and holy cross and survived the clutches of the sun to astound researchers who had planned to observe its destruction. “It’s absolutely astounding”, says Karl Battams of the Naval Research Lab in Washington DC. “I did not think the comet’s icy core was big enough to survive plunging through the several million degree solar corona for close to an hour, but Comet Lovejoy is still with us.” Not only is Lovejoy still with us, but is still completely intact, proving that it is protected not only by ice, which at that proximity to the sun would have evaporated into dust, but protected also by whatever it is that’s confounding NASA and making them re-think their calculations. The one thing that scientists and cosmologists deliberately forget is that God is the one who created all of the wonders and glory of the heavens, as recited in psalm 19:1-6, and it is He who is in control. We can’t possibly think that God would allow us to witness this for no reason, so the question is, why has He decided to show us? When I first heard about Lovejoy, I thought, what better a symbol to show humanity how victorious and undefeated Jesus Christ is, and just like the comet, we are protected from certain destruction by the cross, saved by the blood. Watch the video below and see for yourself as Lovejoy transforms into a cross before entering the danger zone of the 2 million degree Fahrenheit corona and triumphs a complete orbital trip around the sun completely unharmed; defiant of death, just like Jesus Christ.

It reminds me of a passage in Matthew 24:29-30, “Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven.” This most likely refers more to the second coming of Christ rather than the rapture of the church, but it’s interesting that, in a sense, the “sign of the Son of man”, a cross, caught our attention through the rarity of this miracle. I’d also like to note another discovery that was brought to my attention concerning the sun being darkened and the moon not giving light. Many believed that this prophecy of the sun and the moon had to do with a solar and lunar eclipse, however, it is impossible for a solar and lunar eclipse to occur at the same time. As many of us already know, there was an ominous full blood moon eclipse a week ago in the early morning Saturday here, and late evening in Jerusalem. But, what most of us didn’t here about was what made this blood moon so unique, a rare phenomenon called “selenehelion”, when, although on polar opposite sides of the earth, both the sun and the moon can be seen in the sky at the same time for a period of time. In other words, this prophecy may have been fulfilled, because as the sun was darkening under the horizon, the lunar eclipse was visible at the same time, and the holy land, Israel, was said to have the best viewing position in the world for this event. Blood moons are traditionally seen as bad omens for Israel as God has always used them to mark its worst times in history, and now, as the holy land prepares for nuclear warfare in the Middle East, we bear witness to the last of three blood moons this year and the last one until 2014, which, if the final 7-year tribulation is to begin at the end of this year, as calculated from the prophecies pertaining to Daniel’s 70th week, would match the prophetic timeline of events that occur halfway through the tribulation, landing a tetrad of blood moons over Passover and Sukkot in 2014, and again in 2015 on Passover and Sukkot, the first and last of the original Jewish feasts. This is what I mean by “we’re living prophecy”.

Luke 21:25 says about the last days, “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring.” In Revelation, the angel that appears to John interprets the sea as representative of people, so a roaring and wavy sea might have to do with this year’s massive outbreak of riots and rebellions worldwide if we are to reminisce on the Arab Spring, the England riots, the Occupy Wall Street movement, and well, the list goes on here if you’re interested. Is it such a mystery that all of these things fall in sync with the internationally rising political tension over Israel and the amazing miracles we’re seeing in space, such as Lovejoy, Elenin, YU55, the blood moons, the solar flares, and the constellation signs that panned out over the High Holy Days of this year? The truth is a free gift that God has graciously given us with the choice to accept or decline. The only catch is no matter what we choose, whether we choose to believe in Him or live in denial, the truth will prevail.

I want to quickly take this time to thank the Lord’s faithful watchmen on the wall for bringing some of this information to my attention. You are truly the collective voice of an angel. May God bless you all and keep you always!

And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
